What you provide

What I need from you

  • The complete material issued to the CRO(s) for quotation — for example RFP, synopsis/protocol, assumptions, scope request, bid grid or equivalent.

  • The complete CRO proposal or proposals received.

  • If several CROs are being compared, the material provided to each CRO so that differences in the procurement basis can be identified.

All material to be included in the review must be provided at the start.

What this review does — and doesn’t do

This review assesses the CRO proposal against what the CRO was asked to deliver.

It does not assess whether the underlying study design or clinical strategy itself is appropriate.

If a concern about the underlying study becomes apparent during the review, it may be flagged — but it will not be investigated within the CRO Proposal Review.
